Our Story
Guddi Growth is named after Gaurav’s (the entrepreneur) mother who was a big believer in the small business ecosystem and helped several of her relatives venture into entrepreneurship. She passed away in 2022 due to liver cancer.
"Guddi" in Hindi means "kite"!
Meet the Entrepreneur
Gaurav Singh
Founder and Managing Partner
Gaurav Singh, Founder and Managing Partner of Guddi Growth, has a diverse background spanning sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and research. Previously, he was Director of Product and Customer Success at Untether AI, a Toronto-based startup specializing in AI accelerator hardware. Gaurav's accolades include recognition as one of The Peak's Emerging Leaders in Canada for 2023 and receiving the "Rising Star - Under 30" award at the TU Automotive Awards in 2020.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from NIT Trichy, India.
Prior to his MBA, Gaurav amassed five years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry, ranging from engineering research to business strategy and planning. He's also shared his expertise as a keynote speaker at international AI and autonomous vehicle summits.
Out of work, Gaurav works with regional tech incubators and accelerators where he advises startups and small businesses on ways to utilize Artificial intelligence in their business strategy.
Additionally, Gaurav enjoys teaching middle and high-school students math, science, and artificial intelligence (AI). He strongly believes in the power of education in creating change makers that can pursue systemic change through innovation.

After spending many years in the US, Gaurav is currently residing in Toronto, Canada with his wife and 2 year old daughter.
